Is there anyway to teleport to a different location and avoid the 2 hour soft ban? (I don’t care if I have to pay)

unfortunately all of us just have to respect #📱│cooldown-softban-rules , the next best thing is just don't do that'll trigger your CD 2h before teleporting around to hunt stuff .
You can use Remote raid pass for raids but that's just costly and inefficient from using Premium raid pass if you scan spoof .
