Link domain start with www.
i had been linked my website with domain "skyrise.site" first and when i try to link another link to add www.skyrose.site , but it takes an too long and nothing did , so how can link www. with my domian using cloudflare

That means that the SSL certificate on the host isn't valid. You should check to make it sure that it covers both
https://www.skyrise.site/ and https://skyrise.site/ and not just https://skyrise.site/but how can i check it
It depends on your host but you can make the DNS record 
and wait for the TTL to expire and see what certificate is shown.

I've never used replit as a host so not 100% about the process but try making the DNS record as it can break domain verification some times

The record is no longer proxied but it is throwing an SSL error from replit now. You should contact them about it
can i use github as a host and link it with domain?
I mean it depends on what your site content is. If it is just static then you can also look at Pages for hosting
