you need to login to your router page
find what ur router ip is by opening cmd and typing ipconfig, it'll be the ipv4 gateway ip I believe it was
or just gateway
then copy that ip into url bar on ur browser
then login

I told you to grab ur router ip from cmd by typing ipconfig
I mean in the url
then going on ur browser such as Chrome for example
then at top bar putting that ip in
