High-rise S&M fit?
Yo, anybody got pics of what the high-rise Spier and Mackay pants be looking like on you? They don't have photos with models on their website so not 100% on where the waistline sits

11.5in is imo not even really high rise 🙃 so it was a pass for me when they went on sale
got any alternatives at a similar price point?

In 32, Stan Ray chinos are 12.25. Depending on the model Bronson is 12.5-13. Sauce Zhan's low on stock but in a similar range. That's what I can think of that's always under $100, I'm sure others can help outside of workwear-inspired stuff

I have the dress pant version I could take picks of, if you'd like. Not sure how similar the sizing is between the chinos and the dress pants though

I just got the spier & mackay high rise chinos. I really like them, but they are mid rise I think. They come right below my belly button. I also had to size up in their contemporary fit despite their measurements. I’m pretty new to looking for mid and high rise trousers so this is my initial impression
High rise, sized up and waist taken in. Brown open weave contemporary fit. Sizing up lengthened the rise a little. It’s not as high as my casatlantic but I think high enough for my liking

Yeah that was the end of my workday and they'd drifted down towards my waist. If I'd tightened the side adjusters and hiked them up a bit they would've looked higher
makes sense, i didn’t really account for the specifics of the tailoring he mentioned either.
This just helped me decide that I should invest in S&M trousers. Thank you very much for posting this. They look amazing.
