hey my friends stuck in some invulnerable state idk its weird he's in survival but creatures dont attack him and stuff

send his playerdata
alright
its in the playerdata folder in the world folder
with his uuid as the name
he is indeed invulnerable
stop the server
send me his player data again and ill send u one with that turned off

Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed.
If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed.
Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin.
