1.19.2 Fabric Chunk Unloading and/or Memory Leak issues
I'm setting up a server with a friend for our friend group, running mc 1.19.2 with Fabric, 16GB Ram, ~190 mods with the majority being libs + optimisation mods. Server constantly goes up to the 16GM RAM max and kills itself. Having 0 players and running the server overnight has the log showing some villagers died, and after running Chunky to pregen a decent amount of the world, the memory does not drop back to the expected levels (during Chunky generation rises to ~14GB, once Chunky finishes drops down to ~12GB, instead of the expected ~6GB or 7GB). From my reasonably limited minecraft server experience, could this indicate that some chunks are never unloaded by minecraft itself, and always pulling server resources? And if that is the case, what could be the cause?

Another potential problem could be a memory leak, however we have the MemoryLeakFix mod this should not be the case?

Removing Twilight Forest + Minecraft Comes Alive seems to have partially solved RAM issues, however RAM overuse still sometimes happens?
