Friend Can't Join - Java Server
Hi, I made an RLCraft 1.12.2 java server and have been playing it with my friend. It has been letting him in but today some reason when he attempts to join it just loads and he is able to move on his screen but for me he his just standing still and he eventually gets timed out and the log is below. Is there anything I can do to fix this, is it just my internet, his internet, or one of our PCs? My internet is around 50mbps upload/download and the server has 32gb of ram so it is not maxing out.

Edit: I did find this mod called random patches which is supposed to help with these issues by raising vanilla timeout timers etc, would I just need to add this mod to the server file or would I have to add it to my game file + my friends game file for it to work??
