Weird error when one player tries to download server resource pack

Please use a paste service instead!
Paste services are more mobile friendly and easier to read than just posting a log file

The player was able to download the resource pack after a handful of tries -- it would randomly stop the download at different thresholds. Apparently this is an issue with many things they try to download.
Sounds like they're either out of space on their drive or they have shiternet
Possibly! I mean, they said it's been an issue since they purchased the PC
I just never saw that error before, so it was really confusing
I have, however, seen people with the same issue downloading things
