Quick question if I buy Pokémon home premium to get extra boxes and cancel sub with Pokémon still in boxes will I still be able to move them around or no?

No, you can see the recent 30 Pokemons in the basic box and do whatever you want with them.
Rest would disappear until you renew your subscription.
They would still be there for a while, a couple months maybe, I’m not sure. Last I checked my Pokemons were still there when I renewed after 3 months.
