Wax London Customer Service?

Anyone know how to get in contact with Wax London customer service? I have an issue with my order that they aren't responding to, and their IG and CS email aren't responding.

customercare@waxlondon.com Last time I emailed them they took a week to get back and said I got stuck in their spam/junk folder lol If you're trying to return/exchange it's fine. Hope you're in the UK tho. Wouldn't risk buying from them if abroad

Got it figured out. Turns out my package got lost in transit. I'm in the US but I've been wanting to try their pleated trousers for a bit now
