Im working on a hero design and i need some feedback
Hello Everyone! Im working on an interactive hero that acts as a demo for my web application and I am strugling to think of accent colors that will help certain components pop. In terms of colors and any other design feedback how can I make this look better?

Im also thinking of using gradients and colored glow effects to make things look less flat but I am pretty stumped on the colors

regarding the accent color, you have no color at all on this design, so you can literally use anything you want. To narrow it down, maybe decide if you want a bright or desaturated color, or do you think you prefer a shade of blue or green or whatever, then set up a few areas with that color, and try variations of it until you find one you like. Alternatively, you could use any of online color picker page to find inspiration
regarding the gradients, are you making a design file first? If so, one of my favorite ways to iterate in figma, is to take an existing design, and copy it into 2 or 3 new frames side by side, and then just start making changes to see what looks the best.
also I am a huge fan of gradients, I have to stop myself using them too much, but they add insane amounts of visual interest to pages without a lot of overhead, and if you make them subtle enough, the user never knows why your page looks so good
