❔ guys who can help me with run on .net service

have MqReportService.dll, which run with dotnet and connect to Oracle DB, also serv should take connection settings from appsettings. json , but he return with ora-01017(on pic) . I already checked login and password with sql developer and they are correct. So, i found out that my .dll doesn't work by .json config. How can i find out what tlaunch of .dll depends on?
