Not everyone uses Voice Chat as it isn’t a requirement in the server

Yes but I can’t hear when people speak
If it shows other players names at the top of the screen while they’re speaking yet you’re still unable to hear then your Output settings are probably incorrect

Have you checked your Input/Output Settings in game & Sound Settings?
yeah i cant hear aswell
