not showing on android device

I put video background on my website. It’s showing on IOS Device but not showing on Android Device, any solution ? Here is the link to my website: https://sangzhii.github.io/Assignment/

My guess is, that some mobile Browsers may not load big files (its 11.3MB) over mobile data. Have you tried different browsers and made sure you are on WiFi?
