I need a plugin that can allow players (online or offline) to send items to each other. Any recommendations?

Hi, I would recommend Star Mail (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/star-mail.73406/) however it hasn't been updated to the latest verison. If you are looking for a survival friendly way of doing things, I would recommend Mailbox (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/mailbox.71721/) however that looks like it also is still in development. If you just want a very gui based and expansive plugin, Postal Service (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/postalservice.10434/) would be the way to go.
