weird bug where a single person is inside blocks and wont connect properly.
i run a server, and someone who was playing regularly suddenly got connection, they were falling through blocks and when i teleported to them they were standing still, slightly levitated, no amount of killing brought them back.
they restarted their router, game, pc, reinstalled minecraft, used different clients, i deleted all their playerdata from the server files to see if that helped. none of this did anything, they join, spawn inside the floor for them and look normal to the rest of us. after about 30-60 seconds they get an error that says internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset.
they can join EVERY other server and it works fine. this is the only person who has expeienced this on my server, and absolutely cannot find anything online about this.
they cannot see anyone else moving, see any item drops or anything you would usually see.. they can now run around and i can see them most of the time running but they cannot see me moving. so theres a tiny bit of progress. but still the issue as a whole needs to be resolved. (i have never seen anything like this, i genuinely dont know what to do, and googling doesn't help at all)
please, any help is VERY GREATLY appreciated.

i thought that but they have good ping on all other servers and no issues at all

they've been consitantly at about 100ish ping for the past 3 or 4 days
