Path clip doesn't work

I got an SVG I liked and tried to use

Removing
clipPathUnits="objectBoundingBox" causes something to display.Oh yeah, I figured that out. But then I have no idea why is it so small
I can use
transform="scale(15)" on path for example to make it bigger, but other than that? I dunno. I've tried other svgs (just modified the path), same results
