How do I fix my server?

My minecraft server won't work on multiplayer and I don't have any idea why. It worked fine the day before but today it would constantly kick players out of it until it crashed. Now it just doesn't let people log in full stop. It's not even a server provider issue, the world itself doesn't allow anyone but the server hoster in. I invited a friend into the singleplayer world using essentials and the world download for the server and he can't join. All necessary mods are downloaded and removing unnecessary datapacks, plugins & mods server side didn't contribute to anything. The server just doesn't work. The error code is io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: unable to fit 3519976 into 3 This is just my last resort. I've tried countless things and it just won't work for multiplayer. Me and my friends spent hundreds of hours here and there's nothing I can do. (It's not even related to command blocks either, I've tried disabling them and joining after restart but got nothing.)

Here's the world download if you are bothered troubleshooting for yourself. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yVi53LaZwUYmWb1OBEvcDonBUua2Vjs4/view?usp=sharing It runs on fabric api + pehkui, version is 1.20

Please check your server log for errors from your plugins.
If you need further help understanding the errors, please send us the whole log file. Where can I find the server log? Logs are stored in <server_directory>/logs/. Search for a file explorer in your server's management interface and navigate to that directory. Once you've opened that up, search for the latest.log file. Some providers have a separate page for logs and may hide the "logs" folder. On Aternos: • Go to https://aternos.org/log/. On Minehut and server.pro: • Go to the "files" tab in the left menu. • Navigate to the root directory of your server. • From there navigate to /logs/latest.log. What should I do with the log? • First of all, read it! I mean, that's what you do all the time when you run a server, isn't it? Try to locate any errors that have anything to do with the issue you are facing. • If you got the latest.log file or created a .txt file with the necessary errors you can upload these directly to the channel, but we prefer if you upload them to https://mclo.gs/. • If you have trouble downloading the log file, copy/paste the text to a paste service (like mclogs). Copy the link that it gives you and send it to us. (Don't worry, McLogs hides your users' IPs.)

I've removed all plugins & datapacks and read over the crash report and was left inconclusive. There are command blocks but even when disabled it wouldn't let anyone on the server.

Please use a paste service instead!
Paste services are more mobile friendly and easier to read than just posting a log file

It's a issue with the world file that I cannot find any information on, which is why I've come here as a last resort. ^ works fine in singleplayer, but when inviting people in with essentials it'll kick the invited people out. I'd imagine it'd work the same if I opened to LAN
