React pros - is this worth getting?

Friend's company pays for whatever he needs to study, he uses React now but wants to learn a bit more and they have this on their "can buy" list lol. I'm a complete newb on React so I've no idea how good or bad it the content could be. https://www.humblebundle.com/books/ultimate-guide-to-reactjs-packt-books?utm_campaign=reactjun23_ann&utm_source=facebook&utm_content=humble%20bundle%20(default)&utm_medium=link&fbclid=IwAR0A6e-ZHU6E7kk0COVFRZWko4CNZW97gldGmtx49hV20S5uwuMraRHBDS0

🎉 After nearly a year of building in secret, I'm excited to finally announce what we've been working on. Introducing 🕹️ https://t.co/3SzmKDia5V - The interactive way to master modern React. Here's why we're excited about it and why it took so long to create.

if you look for other stuff, don't overthink, redux is not worth these days so courses with that is not much added value search for stuff that talks in good detail about hooks, state management...and just the basic features of react the book bundle you sent has some interesting looking ones, but a lot of them I wouldn't recommend reading, not cause they're bad (idk if they are) but because of the topic

Yah I don’t want to overcomplicate anything I just need the basics, and then go on from there I’m pretty sure maxs course on udemy does just that I say max, actually this guy is great too. Boot camp teacher usually
