very high spawn rate around players
Hello, the spawn rate around players is strangely high and doesn't resemble vanilla spawn rate at all. Could someone help me change the config and make it look like something vanilla please 😄

These values trip people up, start small and work down. Don't do big leaps
As well in paper-world-defaults.yml, set
per-player-mob-spawns: true for a more vanilla/singleplayer feel
