You need to line up the start of the bottom line of the health indicator with a side of the top of the tower and do a normal throw
If you want to go a step further you could throw a molly that can clear behind the box (lets call it gen) but it takes slightly longer
Firstly you want to stand in this corner
Next you want to line up the start of the bottom line under your health with the middle of the edge of this light
Lastly you should do a jump throw, you'll know youve done it right once it reaches the top arc:
