Rooted android question

Hi so i just rooted my android. I’m thinking about getting spoofing, but i know i need to download smali patcher for certain bots so my question is - Is Smali Patcher downloaded from Magisk or is it another file needed to be downloaded via pc?

On Android 10 you need to download and install it through your PC. For Android 11 you shouldn't need a smali
