Coreprotect - restoring a destroyed chest
I got an issue whereby a chest was destroyed by a griefer. When their actions were rolledback, the chests did not get their contents back. What can I do to get chest contents back?

you should be able to turn on the inspect and see who removed the items, and roll that back, i recommend reading the coreprotect documentation, its very well written, if not they have their own discord
/co inspect
click on chest
see who tookout items and when they did it
/co rollback ..
(but with user/time parameters found from above)So it wasn't the commands I had problems with. I used it in the past abd knew the syntax. Basically, after rollback, the chest inventories were not restored.
What had happened, the griefer took the items out of the chests and then destroyed them. This resulted them being roled back to empty.
But I figured out a way to solve it.
I used /co restore user:adderfloonson time:100d radius:100 action:container
I restored what the griefer did to the containers and just that
Then /co restore user:adderfloonson time:100d radius:100 action:container
I've never had this issue before. numerous times ive had people take items out of inventories, destroy the items, use the items, move the items, keep them in their inventory, moved them to their enderchest. and never have i had an issue where the items dont come back
just to verify, i just double checked this. i had another player put items in a chest, i took them out, burned them, then rollbacked and the items went back into the chest
No, that's not what the griefer did. They emptied the chest and then destroyed the empty chest
And then a global (all actions) rollback left them empty
