SpongeForge breaking Pixelmon on Proxy

Trying to get Pixelmon Modpack to be avaliable on my 1.20 proxy server through ViaVersion & ViaBackwards. As far as I understand SpongeForge is required to allow this, however adding SpongeForge to the server makes tcg.main and pixelmon.main get rejected in the vanilla acceptance check. Relevant log error posted. Any known fixes?

In the version of sponge I'm using it's tied to the ip-forwarding Which is true

is your version of sponge compatible with the native forge version of the pack

Yeah I made sure I got the most up to date sponge with the closest required version of forge So it is seeming that unfortunately SpongeForge 1.16.5 is not compatible with Pixelmon, I was hoping there had been a fix by now but I don't think so
