If you have a bad pc, then search up on youtube to try improve but you won't get above 50 with any video get a better pc.
Just get a new pc :|
Or use a custom lite weight windows iso (just for gaming, I don't trust them at all I wouldn't recommend it honestly but it works for some ppl)

for $500 you can build a pretty midrange pc from used parts that’ll get you a lot more than 100fps on medium

You play on a laptop too? My valorant works fine, and I usually get manageable fps practically no lag. What I do is set my laptop on best performance and charge it at the same time. U can elevate it so is doesn't fry too fast. Also, you can try altering relevant setting so u can optimise ur game. Hope this helps,
(ps: a little lag isn't too bad, one time I used to lag whenever someone came near me. So I used it to help me time my peek and I won a clutch with it. Potato laptop works too!)
In a couple of months you can create 100% your own custom one and it will even perform better than what people offer + you learn a ton
2nd hand part build for 500$ can defo pump a lot more than 100fps
