What stage of banned am i at?
So i never actually received any real warning.
My acc has been stuck at login retry and blue screen of maintenance about 2-3x for 24 hrs for each time. Then I had that happen again for 7 days. Now i am back and i can log in once every couple hour’s consistently but i can only play for 5-10 minutes before all pokemons start running as soon as i click them they run they dont even show up on encounter screen with pokeballs to catch they just run. I cant battle gyms and do raids. This happens both when running pgsharp doing regular activities and when just playing in real life normally without any spoofing and real app.
So im wondering what should i be expecting/doing?

You got no ban its just you overfarmed pokestops I guess just dont play for 24 hrs it gets fine again and make sure to keep a limit on grinding like less than 1200 pokestops spin and 4k catches keep it way below this limit and you should be fine
Hmmm… ive done that too… still same thing i log in and can catch pokemon for a bit then 5-10 mins all start running from me
Then when i try to log in i get the retry login screen
Then I dont know how long i have to wait but then i wait a long time then try to log in again then it works then i catch 5-10 mins then same thing happens they all run and i refresh into retry login screen
Could be your game play style or could be internet issue

On regular app no spoofing

No bc the alts work fine
I did grind hella hard before this happened though
Like straight up hitting limits daily
I guess give a break on this main for a while and make sure you dont have it logged in on other places

Where i am logged in on which devices?
What do you use ptc or google? You have to check it from their logs
Otherwise yeah i could just wait a couple months is it important that i dont log on at all or can i still log on just like here and there? Once a day or so or safer to just chill

Bro I say stop playing and start on day before squirtle comday if its fixed it will be good or maybe a week
