Upgrade Ryuutama System to support V10 or V11

I got this from the Internet me and my friend would like to run this game in foundry but the issues is when I try to run this module in Foundry V11, It seem everything broken, can't do anything and also look like the Creators are not update this for long time.
I am looking for someone help to upgrade this system to support Foundry V10 or V11. Any help are appreciate.
Budget: not sure but We have a budget around 80-130 USD

Hiya @MoonlightKung. Certainly it's great that you found the commissions forum and welcome. As things go there is next to no chance that you'll find a willing developer to take this on with that budget. In the best case this is a 2-4 week job for an experienced developer and most average experienced developers earn hourly what the entire proposed budget is or even more... So just setting expectations that quite likely no one is going take this on as things go.
Anyone that would take on such an effort would also really have to want to use this system and probably would start from scratch given how old and unknown of a code base the linked effort is and only use the linked effort for essential insight.
I definitely want to provide some input just so that this post receives a response.

Consider making the system on Custom System Builder instead, that's how a lot of systems do it. It's available on V10 and it should be getting a V11 release soon
