charged attacks on stunfisk
so i get on stunfisk muddy water and i skip it and i get flash cannon, when i try skip flash cannon i get muddy water and later i again skip and get flash cannon, my question is is it somehow programmed in pokemon that it only has these 2 attacks or is it just unlucky?

Just bad luck... you gotta use tm until you get rock slide and earthquake
u say rock slide and earthquake, i get one slot for ability can i still get rock slide or eartquake?
you need candy and stardust to give a pokemon a second charge move

You can't have 2 charged attacks without unlocking it first
