Getting Banned
I’ve respected the cooldown and followed all rules to not get banned, and yet I get the 7 day suspension and I don’t know what I did to get that. Happened to two of my accounts already and I’m not sure if it’s just Niantic upgraded there detection? What other rules is there besides respecting the cool down to not get banned ?

pgsharp is using a modified apk of pokemon go
you can be deteced anytime without even playing the game
@darkrai__ I’m using ipogo and I got banned again for my third account I was at Spain and out of no where Pokémon stop showing up
Ye just what i said. Using a rooted Phone with original pokemon go is the safest Method.
What’s a rooted phone ?
Well you get extra permissions to the Phone and can modify some stuff that you cant normally. And you can spoof safely 🙂 but only on Android Phones
So I’m on iOS so should I use pgsharp instead of iPogo
Pgsharp is only for Android
Ans its also not very safe
But its safer then on ios
Ipogo is unsafe in General.
If you get lucky you wont get banned using pgsharp

I've been using pgsharp on mumu player for almost 3 months but haven't been soft banned due to respecting the cooldown rule. As for ios without jailbreak, even if I respect the cooldown rule, I still get banned after 3 days
@.shmota the only safest spoofing methods are using a rooted or jailbroken device the only non jailbroken methods that are safe is iTools or ianygo
You logging into a modified version of Pokémon go like sideloadly .ipa file ipogo or signulous will almost instantly trigger a 7 day ban even if you follow cooldowns and don’t snipe Pokémon
I break cooldown almost all the time on accident and snipe Pokémon and I use rooted android and haven’t been banned
Also Pgsharp is somewhat safe as long as you be careful and don’t abuse the tools or go overboard
I've been spoofing for 3 months with PGSharp with no issues and I've done some stupid stuff just never broke the cooldown
I think when you play on IOS its easy to get banned
