Portfolio design feedback

A very clean and minimal design. I like it at a glance so that's a good start. 😄
I would suggest changing the uppercase Skills to more inline with "About". Align the section better with the previous section unless you make the section stand out more.
You don't really need the icons next to each skill - the ones reading it most likely know what those skills are. Instead you could clean that up a bit more and have a nice alignment between the items.
The two buttons feels a bit out of pace. While they have the right color they feel a bit light compared to the rest of the layout. I does come down to how visible you want them to be and what importance they should have in the layout.
Those are the two main things that stood out to me 🙂

You might want to focus a little about the title in the About section. We already know your name for the short intro 😄
Do you have a clear goal of who the portfolio is for? Is it for freelance work? Is it for someone hiring?
