Velocity showing wrong version support

On the sub-servers on Velocity, we only allow 1.20 and above to connect. But with a client below 1.20, it shows Velocity 1.7.2 - 1.20.1 which is false. We have Ping Passthrough disabled on Velocity, and we use ViaVersion with Blocked versions being - <1.20. We also have ViaBackwards installed.
