whats the problem?
im sorryy i cant help with that
Found multiple solution to this problem
1. Use a working friend's account or make another account with different region for testing if the game and the anti cheat working fine.
2. Use/Change DNS
3. Change your ip/ Use vpn
4. Close Valorant and the Riot games launcher But don't close the Riot Vanguard and Open up your "Services" in your windows and find "vgc" Set it to Automatic and Start it then hit apply and you can close services.
5. Reinstall The Riot Vanguard (with CMD on admin permission and
type these commands
1. sc delete vgc
2. sc delete vgk
and go to ProgramFiles and Delete The "Riot Vanguard" Folder it might say it's running in the system which means you have to restart your pc to delete it
After removing the anti cheat, Open up your Riot Games launcher and your valorant should say "Update" it needs to install the anti cheat so you update and wait until it's done and your "Play" button usually turns gray and you need to restart so you can Launch the game)
6. Repair the game or Reinstall the game
7. Fresh windows install
You don't need to do all of them only if the solution 1 didn't work go for the 2 and if 2 didn't work go for 3.
Hope it solves the problem for many people getting Error Code: VAL 57 or 54 or "There was an error connecting to the platform please restart your game client."
My cousin had the same problem and he did everything i said to fix it until i thought of using my own account instead and see if it works and it did work, idk how an account affects the game but apparently it does
