I think the primary issue with the design, is that it doesn't look like an admin panel, it looks like a registration form. If i see this, I think i am needing to 'login' with a user and pw
so I would focus on redesigning the initial layout to be more card based. you could have a square card for each one 'user' 'trusted' 'transaction' so people immediately know there are 3 data points
And I would label the button 'update' probably instead of change, but that is more down in the weeds, and you need to focus on the overall design before the details I think
