Honestly I don't really know if you're trying to be rude or not, but I'll just say I did reference the official Sage model and art for the features and skin tone, as well as a Chinese model (Because I always like looking at real faces when I draw), amid my own style. I'm not saying I'm above making errors, because I'm human, but I always approach drawing POC with as much respect as possible

i think the official art also does a weird job of representing her ethnicity in the first place, so i wouldn't take it too personally especially if you were referencing that to begin with. lots of people said they de-asianified her in that as is :SadCat:
but the art is great frfr, i dont think they meant too much harm with the comment
Thank you. I can understand that perspective but misrepresenting someone's race is something I take great care to never do, but that's also coming from a background of drawing real faces. Though fictional characters can get a bit hazy in that department, I agree. But thank you for the kind words
