Spawn multiple cars and private lobby
1) Is there a way to spawn multiple cars at once to make some content
2) Is there a way to make private lobby as people keeps disturbing a lot while making some content

Other than typing out a spawn code for the vehicle no since you’re unable to have 2 personal vehicles set, you cannot make the lobby private to yourself but you can Press F3 to switch lobbies or change locations away from them.

Then Impulse99 would be a better option for me to make content i guess
