1.1.1.1 or 1.1.1.1 with WARP
Which is the best for increase my download speed, 1.1.1.1 or 1.1.1.1 with WARP. I know that the download speed will mainly depend on my internet speed, but both 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.1.1 with WARP does increase it by a little bit. So which one should I use to increase my download speed, and what are the difference between the 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.1.1 with WARP.

1.1.1.1 is just Cloudflare's DNS Service, it's not going to touch your download speed. (Well, potentially it might if you're using a site/service that uses GeoDNS or something, you might get a different server to connect to, but it still wouldn't directly effect it)
1.1.1.1 with WARP is WARP, Cloudflare's "VPN" per say, all your network traffic would be proxied through Cloudflare. This in some cases could help your routing/speed, and in some cases could hurt it, depends on your ISP and the service you are connecting to
so short answer is that 1.1.1.1 WARP usuallly gives you better speed than 1.1.1.1
The short answer is:
1.1.1.1 is unlikely to effect your download speed at all
WARP can effect your download speed, under some circumstances making it faster, and potentially slower as well
