The program that is the chairman can send messages to all programs. Non-president programs can only read messages. The server program sends all registered information in the chairman election. Those who want to be on the island report the candidates to the server within 1 minute. After the deadline, nominations are not accepted. All of the programs are sent to the candidate list. Users will use the game within 1 minute. No votes will be accepted after the deadline. The program with the most votes will be vice president.
Programs will be written in C# as desktop applications. You can choose Console or Form. You can use TCP/IP, Websocket, MQTT structures in communication.

Depends. Are you going to try and do the assignment yourself?
If you are, you can keep the thread and ask for specific help on a particular problem.
But there will be no spoonfeeding or someone else doing the work for you, we don't do that here.
You can't just get someone to do it for you, if you need help, ask. But you cannot just ask someone to do it for you.
We can help you with specific parts or guide you through documentation. But you've got to do it. Console may be easier for you but GUI may look better, your choice.
