The same thing happened to me, it stayed at about 80% and from there it didn't happen, I looked for solutions on youtube but I couldn't find it, I gave up

Go to mumu player's site and download "64-bit version"
Then go to Pgsharp's site and hit "Download PGSharp for ARM64"
I already did the whole process, when I open the game it closes itself, I don't know what happens
