can I ask a question? I remember already looking at this page a few months ago, and I don't see that you have made any changes since then. And, I notice you aren't the only person to do this. What is the purpose of reposting these pages every few months?
and as far as feedback, it's the same as last time., Your 'anti-design' transparent header is not good and you shouldn't ever have text on top of text. If you want transparency use a blur filter
I have made some changes, I've remove the footer and instead added an overlay (hit the contact button)
I've made changes to the type and colors
I've also restructured the content for some of the pages

i guess, maybe you could try separating the words a bit more vertically, but I dunno
@namanprat you're aware that telling people to scroll down (with scrolling text), that this "UX" stuff of yours didn't actually work then, right?
that dot following my mouse and this "view blob" is utterly annoying, hiding text I currently want to read. what gives?

In your world, how would one unBS the text? I am still experimenting with layout. And how did my UX not work if I have a marquee telling people to scroll down?

sorry, but I'm not a fan of this layout. So I can't give you any suggestions and I'm not a marketer.
Maybe one: don't just throw PDFs at people w/o warning.
Actually two: there's a typo in "neighbourhood" (extra 'b')
Not sure if you're aware of the difference between UX design and UI design. This is more UI work (which some may like), than UX (which I thing is terrible).
However, I actually did like the typography of the first header layout (with the overlapping, outlined "designer"), although that would've been much better suited on a fashion magazin site.
