wiped stuff
can anyone help me? All of my settings/saved vehicles/characters/ everything has been wiped clean and i don't have anything on my account
it still shows my lvl but every car from challenges is gone

Unfortunately, if the files were wiped, there's no way to recover them unless they were backed-up. The files for Cars, Characters, Tunes, and Settings is stored locally on your PC in: %AppData%\Roaming\CitizenFX\kvs\
It's a good idea to back this folder up, with something like OneDrive or GoogleDrive. The KVS folder is where your saved stuff would be. Stats like Hours, Drift Points, and Kills are stored on the RSM server, so you won't lose those.
Why would his cars from challenges no longer be accessible tho?

but it won't even let me access the challenge cars
That depends on how long ago you last played? There was a change fairly recently to the amount of Stunt Jumps/Races needed to unlock some vehicles. Check #🤖｜bots using *rewards to see what you have unlocked
You won't lose unlocked vehicles from a PC wipe, but you will lose any that you have saved, meaning you'll have to remake them.
