Not really, the lineart is a consistent size and you can tell the hair is hand drawn. The hands aren't weird and the text is perfect + eligible. the background is just a screenshot of breeze but with a filter over it.
AI would be more hyperrealistic (generally with sharper lights and shadows) but have finicky details
