new account issue

i got this blank space when i created a new account. i think its because i caught a houndour before the starters but not sure, now i am getting no pokestops no spawns and no prompts from professor. can someone help me out with this

i had to forget that id and uninstall the apk because no ui then did a fresh start but id was wasted
