Its nice, Im not a genius when it comes to art but Id love to give you some advice if you would like?
If yes, Try using references, the rendering is Very breathtaking i must say, However Im not a fan of the color palette, if you like it I would recommend try to add some lighting, The hair and the dress and the heels mashed up together with neon colors doesnt look right to me, the face is nice but maybe fix the positioning of the mouth, lastly, Her skin tone is Slightly more tanner than that, I wouldnt call it white washing since its pretty close, but do try using references, but the colors you used are pretty vibrant. I adore the way you rendered the dress, Its amazing!
