If you are sure you haven’t spun too many pokestops or caught too many pokemons like thousands of em in the last 24 hrs then you can just restart / reinstall and it should be fine but if you have done that then bad news you have to wait 24 hrs to be able to play again
I think I got like 1k pokemon yesterday so ok ty

1) reload the game
2) restart ur device
This happens to me when switching between accounts and it fixes for me when I reload
