Waya not pinging on ticket creation
Waya doesn't ping the Staff role when a new Ticket is created.

Hey, has the role been set in the configuration process? If yes, does Waya have permission to ping roles?

Why pain? Just yoink the ticket owner out with permissions

categories have a limit of max 50 channels
(and a server max of 500)
That sucks
Then make it so the Bot then tells the user to wait due to too many channels being open
and ping the mods to delete unused ones
rn it just gives an error for the user to tell admins to switch to no-category
