I got soft ban for no reason

So I was just playing on mumu player and suddenly all Pokémon flee. It happended after I levelled up while catching a Pokémon but I’m not sure if that’s why. Can somebody tell me how to fix it?

Don't play for 2 hours You can't get soft banned for no reason Not possible cuz emulator or pgsharp has nothing to do with it
