Certain Pokemon not spawning
I have tried to catch some of the pokemon featured and, I can't find any of them, can you please help?

What do you mean by featured? Event or season?
Spawns are limited due to this shadow event

If I can throw in some experience from when I first started... I couldn't figure out why the things I saw didn't show up. Then I noticed it said "despawns 11 minutes AGO". thus, it was there but left. I didn't catch the "ago" part right off the bat. Sometimes if it says there is a 1 or 2 minutes, it will be gone by the time I get there as well. Anyway, hope this helps
