You can’t, it’s Voice Chat Proximity you’ll only be able to communicate with players close to you.

i swear i remember changing it and ive tried asking people ingame but they be telling me they cant even hear me but my vc does work
there was like different options within proximity and i put it on whisper but there was others like talking and yelling
i just cant remember what button i pressed to change it
There are no options for whisper/yelling in this server.
