One photo impossible to upload from iPhone
I have one only picture impossible to be uploaded. It always remain 1 Remainder... In the backup reache the 100% but everything freeze and remain not completed.
In the Immich_server log I've found this in the attachment.
How can I fix it?

I've also got 1-2 photos that never seem to upload, very strange. Is your one HEIC?
Yes
I've seen a few discussions about issues with the HEIC thumbnail not being correctly generated, in the unraid version of immich. So I am not sure if that is related or not
But also all my other 11k pictures are HEIC. There must be some fix for that single one in error. At least I hope so…
