Hey! Sorry to butt-in here, but it seems like you're asking about missing in-game textures and collisions (roads, floors and walls).
If this is the case, check if you have enough VRAM by using
cl_drawperf 1 in F8 and try putting your FiveM and GTA installations on a fast drive (typically an SSD).
If the problem persists, you can try to raise the Extended Texture Budget setting within the pause menu:

i have only SSD on my computer
after 4 times of /preload
The game crashed somewhere 50% area every time
the problem is still there
ok /preload after 10 times the game crashed , now everything is fine thank you.
